We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@cajouparis.com.

All returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if the product has been stained, washed, or damaged.

Please note that personalised and made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

For countries outside the EU, as well as Sweden, Finland, Greece, Ireland & Malta:
After contacting our customer service by email, you will receive a DHL return label after paying the return fee, along with a link to schedule your DHL pickup.

The return fee is equal to your original shipping cost. If your order qualified for free shipping, the return fee will correspond to the standard shipping rate.
